The single 30mm gun fire control system is an important part of the ship's defense weapon. Its mission is to command weapons to fire warnings on suspect ships in the effective shooting area of the weapon, surface ships, air targets and near-shore forces and facility.

3. Subsystem characteristics

3.1 Electronic-optical tracking system

3.1.1 Mission

OT-3F electronic-optical tracking system is a human eye safety laser ranging, infrared / TV imaging component detection and tracking means, it can independently search or receive the target indication information, and use these information to capture and track the target, send the target's three-dimensional coordinates data in real time.

3.2 Electronic-optical Fire Control Console

3.2.1 Mission

The single 30mm naval gun weapon system electronic-optical fire control station receives multiple batches of target parameters of the navigation radar, and can select a batch of strike targets, instruct the electronic-optical tracker to track the target, receive the target coordinate data, the attitude of the ship, the meteorological parameters, perform fire control calculations and control artillery shooting.

3.3 Single 30mm gun (part of the weapon system)

4 Process of operation

1) The electronic-optical fire control station receives the target data of the navigation radar for threat determination;

2) The electronic-optical fire control station performs target allocation and target determination according to the situation of threat determination, and transmits the determined target indication data to the electronic-optical tracker;

3) The electronic-optical tracker receives the target indication of the electronic-optical fire control station, transfers, captures, and tracks the target, and obtains tracking data of the tracking target;

4) The electronic-optical fire control station receives the target tracking data of the electronic-optical tracker for fire control calculation, and obtains the shooting elements;

5) The electronic-optical fire control station sends the shooting elements to the single 30 guns to control the artillery interception and shooting;

6) Determine the shooting effect;

7) End.

5. Systems work  manner

The system has two working methods: combat and inspection.

In combat mode, there are two types of combat channels: normal and emergency.

Normal channel: task injection - → electronic-optical tracker - electronic-optical fire control station - → artillery

Emergency channel: task injection - → manual injection of target data - → electronic-optical fire control station - → artillery

The inspection mode is divided into precision check and function check.
